Make zucchini noodles, either with a spiralizer or by hand.
Soak 1 cup of cashews for at least 30 minutes in filtered water.
Place in food processor or Vita Mix with small amount of:
(Amounts are at the mercy of your taste buds – add and taste.)
Blend well, adding filtered water to get to the consistency you want.
Pour sauce to over your noodles.
