Foundations in the lower nature, and the potential of evolution
Life style is related to health and wellness, and learning to observe one’s habits, tendencies and intentions can be a place to begin a deeper form of self care, the more core interaction with where imbalances begin. The external body is our personal 3-D material expression, and as such, holds pathways to understanding ourselves, as both a starting point and a way to work inwards.
The internal body is also in a material form, but is felt rather than visually seen, and so it expresses a different form of self contact, one that is seen and experienced through feeling.
The bodily systems run on an interactive relationship of inner connection, support, and regenerative capacities, that all have the abilities to meshed with outer adaptive resources, stimulus’s, and responses. This creates a flexible connection between the union of our cells, all beings, all environments, and all interactions.
All of the deepest developments of scientific principles, theories and knowledge, come from generations of observation of constants; that which is studied and felt, both for inside us and external re-occurrences. Scientific foundations such as: displacement, cause and effect, thermodynamics, friction/heat induction, applied force, energy and fluid flow, electrical currents and conductance, magnetic fields, chemical responses/reactions (metabolic changes), systemic rhythms, harmonic motions, tensegrity, acoustics, optics, scaling relations, etc., are all examples of change, balance, motion, bio-physiology, and the interdependent relationship we share with all things. It would seem that physics (related to gravity environments), and quantum physics (related to environments without gravity) find a way to co-exist in the human body.
Lightly defined, Quantum Physics relates to the description and prediction of the properties of a physical system (spacial environment), and the science of matter and energy and their interactions.
Some of the principle and theories associated with Quantum Physics are: dimensional perceptions (scaling of matter/pre-matter in time, space and distance), light/wave speed, theory of Relativity, and the interaction of space/time. Radioactivity (radiating energy), Bio-Nuclear Physics (molecular structure as change is expressed; fission/absorbtion), gravity, base elements, Doppler Effect, Dark matter/energy, etc., are all now perceive-able constants that vacillate between matter/non-matter. The allowance of sensory perception, which perceives the “footprint or “track” of the invisible (to the naked eye), is a break-through in the new sciences. Science is now making a full circle journey back to what indigenous people have recognized, felt, and trusted, since the beginning of measured time.
What is felt/sensed, is more real, and more accurate, than what is thought.
So, why is this even worth mentioning in relationship to our subject (see title)? When we decide that we want to live healthy, and have a sense of well being, we are (whether we know it or not) entering into the the world of science, physics, and the relationships of change, balance and movement. This is our natural world. It could be said that when the observation and experimental nature (the science) left our day to day living, so too left the relationship of common sense (sensory perception), and how all things are connected/related to each other. We don’t need to know all the semantics of science, or the jargon of physics to negotiate these areas of growth, but we will have to be able to track/ stalk, and pay attention to ourselves. In this way, we have the opportunity to regain a true and more accurate relationship with where we may have ventured off the beaten path, or how creation itself is in communication with our personal daily learning process.Sometimes it helps to know that the changes we go through in life, have been experienced since the beginning of time, and are the origins of science itself. Knowing ourselves in relation to health, is both a study of what we take for granted as “normal behavior,” and an open perspective to its value, current usefulness, and possible needs for the allowance of change.
Since change is a constant, having an evolving nature and inclination, is just a practical sense; to adapt as change is needed, without the burden of desire or repulsion (like or dis-like).
There is no doubt that “science” was born from nature and natural phenomena. And there is no doubt that the origins of learning perception were founded in observation of things that changed, and things that changed more slowly. This is identical to our developmental process, changing/learning/evolving, states of consciousness in flux, and the communication of rhythms and cycles. These qualities exist in and through our thoughts, sensory intelligence, and the interactions we have in our lives. It is their union that defines basic sanity or “wellness,” and basically, separation and attachment, that defines the lower nature.
In conclusion, some things change relatively quickly, while other things seem to stay the same until they eventually change…, regardless, all things change in do course. If we can agree on this (and I am not assuming we do), it would be worthy for us to look more closely at any and all forms of separation and attachment, and perhaps question its usefulness in our lives. Lower nature in harmony, is the foundation of the development of the higher nature, they too, must find union.
