~ 1 can of full fat coconut milk. Put the can in the fridge upside down to chill. The liquid will separate from the solid. Once the contents are cold, open the can and pour the liquid into a container for another use… like a smoothie.
~ Put the solid into a blender. If you like a thinner yogurt, use some of the liquid.
~ Add honey or maple syrup to taste
~ Add juice of a lemon
~ Taste for sweetness and tartness.
~ Add the contents of a probiotic capsule. Discard the capsule. Gently reblend.
~ Top with fresh fruit of your choice and enjoy.
