– 2 cans of full fat coconut ice; put in fridge to get cold
– 1/2 t vanilla
– 1/2 to 3/4 cup organic sugar of your choice
– pinch of salt
– cup of blueberries (can use other fruit)
– ice cream maker- put basin in the freezer and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Place the above ingredients into the prepared ice cream basin and “churn” for 20-25 minutes. Place ice cream in a freezer safe container for a few hours — or enjoy right away!
